In the case of inter-departmental transfers, a processing fee of ₹3,000/- shall be deducted.

Transfer to another department shall be permitted only if the candidate is duly selected for the desired course in the other department, subject to the availability of seats and fulfillment of all admission requirements.

Before cancelling admission to the currently enrolled course, candidates must ensure that they have paid the requisite admission fees for the new course and have successfully secured admission to that course after due verification of documents and completion of all admission formalities.

The College shall not be responsible for any loss of admission arising from cancellation of the existing admission before the admission process in the new course has been fully completed.
- Advice: Do not cancel your current admission until you have secured admission in the new course, completed the fee payment, and received confirmation of admission after document verification.
GUIDELINES
A candidate who decides to cancel admission or seeks a transfer must fill in the Online Mandate Form (links provided below).
After printing the form, it must be self-attested, scanned, and mailed to the respective department ID listed below:

Reasoning: In case of cancellation, clearly mention the specific reason in your email.
Effective Date: The date on which the mail is received will be considered the effective date for refund calculation, NOT the date of online submission.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 days of the effective date.
