Laminated Mark Sheet and Colour Xerox will not be accepted at the time of admission.
In addition to the eligibility criteria, the candidate must have secured 45% in the four subjects in +2 level included for aggregate calculation and must have passed according to the respective Board/Council pass marks in rest of the subjects. Otherwise the candidature will be cancelled even if the online application is submitted without all the marks.
Enter name precisely as it appears on your class 10 (X) and class 12 (XII) board/council marksheets.
Further, the name must match exactly with your Aadhaar Card.
This includes the full spelling, order of your name, and any middle name or initials. Even small discrepancies will lead to technical complications in your registration.
Hence please ensure that:
- Your full name (first name, middle name, and surname) is spelled exactly the same on all documents (Application Form, Admission Form, Aadhaar Card, class 10 (X) and class 12 (XII) board/council marksheets).
- If there is any mismatch between board/ council marksheets and Aadhar card like a spelling mistake or a discrepancy, inform the office during admissions and you need to get the name corrected in your Aadhaar card by visiting any UIDAI authorised Aadhaar Centre.
Enter correct address, phone, mobile, e-mail etc. with care. Make sure to take a print before you proceed for payment. Do not fill in the form with percentile marks. Enter the marks obtained and full marks as printed in the mark sheet.
Applied Mathematics may be considered at par with Mathematics while calculating aggregate marks for admission in courses of humanities and commerce, other than pure sciences.
You need to upload the following documents while making the application fee payment:

- Baprism Certificate for Roman Catholic and Christian candidates
- Caste Certificate for SC, ST and OBC candidates.
